Please forward this to friends afflicted with Long Covid’ They’re ones with ‘brain fog’, dizziness and chronic organ dysfunctions.
My story
‘Long COVID’ is just a coverup for mRNA vaccine injuries. Virologist Dr. Robert Redfield, Director of the CDC during the pandemic.
I had never used pharmaceutical drugs nor been hospitalized until 2021, while visiting that country, the Australian Government required1 me to have injections of mRNA genetic therapy2, miscalling it ‘vaccine. Within weeks, my health collapsed and, unable to digest solid food or even think clearly, I was bedridden for two years.
Then, when a friend recommended a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospital in Bangkok, I flew there and am profoundly happy that I did. My TCM gastroenterologist is Chinese, as is my acupuncture/masseuse. Both are highly intelligent and extremely well trained and, thanks to them, I am recovering. My brain fog has lifted, my dizziness has dissipated, my GI tract is (reluctantly) working again and my life is looking up. For the millions of people afflicted like me, I am convinced that TCM is the most promising avenue to health. Here’s why.
Why TCM for Long Covid?
Traditional Chinese Medicine, refined for 3,000 years, emphasizes restoring balance before symptoms escalate into diagnosable diseases and views the body as an interconnected system. TCM doctors customize treatments based on your constitution, lifestyle, and subtle symptom variations.
For vague symptoms like fatigue and brain fog, they diagnose you based on patterns of imbalance, like Qi deficiency and Liver stagnation, rather than requiring a precise biomedical label–ideal for vague symptoms. A patient with bloating, low energy, and irritability might be diagnosed with “Spleen Qi deficiency” and treated with acupuncture, herbs, or tailored dietary adjustments.
TCM’s diverse tools—acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping, dietary therapy, and Qigong—can be combined to address the multifaceted symptoms typical of Long Covid. A patient with digestive issues and fatigue might receive acupuncture to stimulate digestion, an herbal formula like Si Jun Zi Tang to boost energy, and dietary advice to avoid damp-forming foods.
Best of all, TCM is cheap and convenient. You won’t even need an appointment if you are lucky enough to be near a big Chinatown herb shop. They usually have a resident herbalist out back. Though they lack the training modern TCM specialists receive in China, they let you can safely start treatment today. A big plus for many.
North American Practitioners
Though many health practitioners dabble in it, real TCM springs from an entire cosmology, so I strongly recommend only ethnic Chinese practitioners trained at a Chinese teaching institute. While there are no TCM hospitals in North America, there are specialists. Here two promising ones for folks with digestive issues, followed by some directories:
Dr. Xinjun Zhu, MD (Orlando, FL): Board-certified gastroenterologist, graduated from Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining TCM and Western medical training. Focuses on gastrointestinal diseases.
Dr. Zhibo An, MD, PhD (Indianapolis, IN)Board-certified gastroenterologist with medical education from Shandong University of TCM and graduate training at Peking University.
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) directory (nccaom.org) or MediFind (medifind.com) to locate certified TCM practitioners in your area. Filter for those mentioning Long COVID or post-viral conditions.
American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) can connect you with practitioners experienced in complex cases.

Jessica Hockett, Steve Kirsch,
I was visiting the country and the government made it impossible to buy food or even enter any publicly-accessible building.
Misleadingly called ‘vaccines,’ which they most certainly are not.
