I am Canadian. I can understand the Canadian government and establishment's bootlicking to the USA, much against our better interest. We have the USA right on our border and depend much on them for trade. But Australia is halfway around the world and has little trade with the Americanos. What is it they are holding over Australia?
Australia and my own country of Canada seem to be acting like the two pit-bulls of the West's increasing aggression toward China (Canada expelling a Chinese diplomat in the past days on flimsy fabricated evidence to add to its general bad-faith relationship). China will remember, and an Australia that is so heavily dependent upon resource exports and selling its educational institutes to foreign students will learn to regret their racist cravenness to the US. Australian and Canadian officials and academics are also central to the Xinjiang disinformation campaign.
Brian Berletic is excellent: https://www.asia-pacificresearch.com/author/brian-berletic?doing_wp_cron=1684973561.7722580432891845703125

Godfree, where would to look to for analysis of Thailand and how they position themselves between US and China?
